We followed Dr. Noack from his previous clinic to Folsom Ranch, and I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that my husband and I would follow his practice just about anywhere – the expert care, compassion, and dedication to the health of our two pups has been a true gift. One of our dogs has a congenital heart condition on top of other health issues that have kept us on our toes – Dr. Noack has been with us every step of the way, patiently walking us through an evolving care plan, and answering all of our questions and really taking the time to make sure we truly understand. Because of our pup’s unique medical history, Dr. Noack makes it a point to make sure he’s the one calling us back with important lab results – it seems like a little thing but it’s this attentiveness to his patients (and their humans) that really makes the difference and assures us that our pups couldn’t be in better hands. Going to the vet can be such a stressful experience and a hectic environment, but FRVH looks and feels like a true labor of love – every detail is about making you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible; from the hostess at the front door offering us waters and treats for the pups, to the vet tech who guided us through rebate options for routine heartworm meds, to of course Dr. Noack who greeted our dogs like old friends he was genuinely delighted to see – everything was exceptional. The last thing I’ll say is please, please, please do not be intimidated by the gorgeous facility – I was fully prepared to pay more than we were used to because of the incredible building and state-of-the-art equipment, but to me it would have been worth it because we knew the level of service we’d be getting. But we were so pleasantly surprised that the prices were accessible and very comparable to what we’d seen at other clinics. It’s such a relief knowing that we’re getting the absolute best care for our pets while not having to break the bank to do it.
